# 1.	Show all Antique Monuments in Berlin collections

Reformulation as relative clause: Show all Antique Monuments that are kept in Berlin collections.

a.     Open advanced search and select „Antique Monuments“. If Antique Monuments is enabled in the Source as Data Set and Postclassical Works is disabled, the search form for Antique Monuments will open automatically.

b.     In the Overview panel, click the three-dot menu next to Current location. A new search field will open. You are now searching within the Location object type.

c.     Type "Berlin" into the search field and press Enter. A hierarchical list of all places in the State of Berlin will appear. Select "Berlin", the top-level entry in the hierarchy. This ensures that the search results include all locations that are subordinate to Berlin in the hierarchy. If you want to restrict the search to the city of Berlin, select the second „Berlin“ entry in the hierarchy.

d.     Click Select 1 record. The nested search will then be inserted into the Advanced Search.

e.     Click „Add to search“.

f.      Result: 73 records.

**Interpretation of results:** At the moment (July 2026), there are 73 ancient monuments in the Census database that are currently located in collections within the State of Berlin. Each of these monuments is (in most cases) documented by at least one Postclassical Work.
